How to Book Online

Book online
Once you’ve chosen your inspection package, you can secure your spot in the "Book Your Inspection" portal below. We can easily adjust your details later if needed.

Confirmation
After booking your inspection, you will receive a confirmation email containing your inspection details and a link to our standard client agreement for your review and acceptance before inspection day.

Physical inspection
Your inspector will meet you at the property at the scheduled date and time. We encourage you to walk through the home with us, look closely at the details, and ask any questions along the way.

Report
You’ll receive your digital report within 24 hours following your home inspection. Invoices can be easily settled through Interac e-Transfer, allowing us to email your report directly to your inbox.
